We build practical software and automation systems for companies that rely on leads, bookings, quotes, internal workflows, customer follow\-up, content operations, or online sales.

This includes:

  • Lead intake systems
  • Missed\-call and form follow\-up
  • CRM setup and cleanup
  • Quote and proposal follow\-up flows
  • Website and landing page improvements
  • Internal dashboards
  • Admin portals
  • Spreadsheet\-to\-system migrations
  • Email/SMS automation
  • Customer onboarding flows
  • Reporting and analytics workflows
  • AI\-assisted triage, summarization, content, and operations pipelines
  • eCommerce and SaaS workflow improvements
  • Broken or outdated frontend/backend systems that need cleanup
  • We are looking for independent sales representatives who can find businesses with clear operational or revenue problems and book qualified conversations.

    This is a good fit for someone who already knows business owners, enjoys starting conversations, and wants commission upside without needing to deliver the technical work.

    Framemode handles the technical sales call, proposal, pricing, and delivery. Your role is to find real business pain and book qualified conversations.

    Good prospects may be businesses saying things like:

  • “We get leads but don’t follow up fast enough”
  • “Our website/contact form is not converting”
  • “We are managing too much in spreadsheets”
  • “Our CRM is a mess”
  • “Our team wastes time copying data between tools”
  • “We need better reporting”
  • “We need a booking, quoting, or onboarding flow”
  • “We have manual work that should be automated”
  • “We tried software/AI tools but nothing is connected properly”
  • “We know this needs to be fixed, but nobody internally has time”
  • “We don’t have the technical resources to build this”
  • “Our team is too busy to clean this up”
  • “We have ideas, but no one to implement them”
  • “We need someone who can turn the messy process into a working system”
  • Your role:

  • Find businesses with lead follow\-up, workflow, website, CRM, automation, or operational problems
  • Contact owners, operators, managers, agencies, or service businesses
  • Start professional conversations
  • Book qualified calls with Framemode
  • Track your outreach and opportunities
  • Follow all applicable outreach, privacy, and anti\-spam rules
  • You do not need to code. Framemode handles technical scoping, pricing approval, proposals, contracts, delivery, and execution.

    What you will not do:

  • You will not sign contracts on behalf of Framemode
  • You will not set final pricing
  • You will not promise guaranteed revenue, leads, savings, or results
  • You will not make misleading claims about Framemode or its services
  • You will not use spam, deceptive outreach, or unauthorized marketing methods
  • Compensation:

    This is an independent contractor, commission\-based opportunity. It is not an employee position and does not include a base salary, benefits, or guaranteed earnings.

    Founding Sales Rep Launch Program:

    For the first 3 approved sales representatives, Framemode offers enhanced launch commissions on each representative’s first approved closed client.

    Launch commission:

  • 25% gross commission on collected first\-project revenue for your first approved closed client
  • If that first project is over $10,000, the launch commission rate increases to 30% instead of 25%
  • $250 launch bonus after your first approved client closes, pays, and the payment clears
  • After your first approved closed client, standard commission terms apply:

  • 15% gross commission on collected first\-project revenue from approved clients you introduce
  • If the first project is over $10,000, the standard commission rate increases to 20% instead of 15%
  • For clients who also sign a monthly support or maintenance agreement, you may earn 10% gross commission on collected monthly support revenue for the first 6 months only, while active and in good standing
  • Monthly support commission ends after the first 6 months unless Framemode agrees otherwise in writing
  • You can continue earning commissions by introducing new approved clients, new projects, expansion opportunities, or additional scoped work that closes and is paid
  • Recurring commission is not lifetime residual income and does not continue automatically after the contractor relationship ends.

    Commission examples are illustrative only and are not guaranteed:

    Launch examples:

  • First approved client: $3,000 collected project revenue \= $750 gross commission
  • First approved client: $15,000 collected project revenue \= $4,500 gross commission because the launch rate increases to 30%
  • First approved closed client \= $250 launch bonus after client payment clears
  • Standard examples after the first approved closed client:

  • $3,000 collected project revenue \= $450 gross commission
  • $7,500 collected project revenue \= $1,125 gross commission
  • $15,000 collected project revenue \= $3,000 gross commission because the standard rate increases to 20%
  • $2,000/month support retainer \= up to $200/month gross commission for the first 6 months only, while active and in good standing
  • Additional approved project or expansion work may qualify for a new project commission if it is introduced, approved, closed, and paid
  • Payment terms:

  • Paid only after Framemode LLC receives client payment and the payment clears
  • No commission is earned on refunded, charged back, disputed, cancelled, or non\-collected revenue
  • Contractors are responsible for their own federal, state, and local taxes
  • Framemode LLC does not withhold income tax, payroll tax, Social Security, Medicare, unemployment insurance, or other employment\-related taxes, except where required by law
  • A completed W\-9 and signed contractor agreement are required before payment
  • Payment terms, eligibility, clawbacks, and active\-status requirements will be defined in a written contractor agreement before work begins
