What You’ll Do:

As a PRN Concierge, you’ll play a hands\-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

  • Working on an as\-needed basis (PRN) to provide essential coverage for various shifts, including a consistent weekly schedule every Saturday from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
  • Greeting and directing visitors, and managing all incoming phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business office, including mail and delivery management, faxing, scanning, and preparing training materials and schedules.
  • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is always clean, tidy, and welcoming for all residents, visitors, and associates.
  • Assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to work on a flexible, as\-needed basis (days, evenings, and weekends) with a required commitment to work every Saturday from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
  • 1\+ year of experience in a concierge role (preferred).
  • 1\+ year of experience in a senior living or related industry (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups, navigate challenging situations, and make sound decisions.
  • Strong technical skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to maintain confidential and privileged information (including HIPAA, residents, and associates).
