Nakupuna Services is seeking to hire a JMLFDC Support and Development Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) Database Sustainment Specialist (DSS) Support contract. This position provides coordination, analysis, and functional support related to system development, sustainment, and enhancement activities associated with the Joint Medical Logistics Functional Development Center (JMLFDC). The JMLFDC serves as the lead development organization responsible for engineering, maintaining, and modernizing Defense Medical Logistics applications including DMLSS, LogiCole, and related medical logistics systems supporting Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) worldwide. This role supports communication and coordination between DHA Facilities Enterprise (DHA\-FE), program leadership, technical teams, and the JMLFDC development community to ensure facilities management requirements are properly documented, prioritized, and integrated into system enhancements. The position assists with requirements analysis, testing support, documentation development, and system improvement initiatives associated with DMLSS/LogiCole capabilities. The JMLFDC Support and Development Specialist helps ensure DHA\-FE operational needs are effectively represented in system development efforts while supporting enterprise adoption of new system capabilities.

- Support coordination between DHA Facilities Enterprise stakeholders and the Joint Medical Logistics Functional Development Center (JMLFDC) regarding system enhancements, updates, and development initiatives.
- Assist with gathering, documenting, and analyzing functional requirements related to DMLSS\-FM and LogiCole capabilities.
- Support analysis of system performance, user feedback, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for system improvement.
- Assist with preparation of requirements documentation, change requests, and enhancement proposals supporting system development initiatives.
- Coordinate with program leadership, system developers, and DHA stakeholders to support implementation of new features, updates, or system improvements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and system testing events associated with DMLSS or LogiCole updates.
- Assist with development and maintenance of system documentation, user guidance, and technical reference materials supporting new capabilities.
- Monitor and track system enhancement requests, issue resolution progress, and development milestones.
- Provide analysis of system data and operational usage trends to support informed decision\-making regarding system capabilities and enhancements.
- Support enterprise communication regarding system updates, development initiatives, and implementation timelines.
- Participate in working groups, program meetings, and technical coordination sessions supporting system sustainment and modernization efforts.
- Collaborate with program leadership, DMLSS Analysts, and technical support teams to ensure DHA\-FE operational requirements are represented in development activities.
- Understanding of Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) or related logistics or facilities management systems.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements management, and software enhancement processes.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate operational needs into system requirements.
- Experience supporting system testing, validation activities, or user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including program management teams, technical developers, and government personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems supporting logistics, facilities management, or medical logistics environments preferred.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal healthcare/logistics programs preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (Tier 1\) investigation
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Must comply with all installation access and security requirements.
