- Maintains materials inventory.
- Monitors and assists with data entry for maintenance contract record keeping.
- Maintains calendars for department personnel to include scheduling meetings, coordinating and making appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
- Composes and prepares correspondence and applicable recurring or special one\-time reports and/or confidential and sensitive communications.
- Trains other clerical or technical staff.
- Answers the telephone, evaluates requests, answers questions, routes messages, and/or serves as receptionist or front desk assistant.
- Reviews, prepares and negotiates applicable program purchases for services, office materials, supplies, tools or equipment and monitors service agreements.
- Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Grad or Equivalent in general education.
- 3 years of experience administrative or clerical support, customer service, or related experience. (Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent). College education and/or relevant technical training may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis. Substitutions for Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.
- High School Grad or Equivalent in general education.
- 4 years of experience administrative or clerical support, customer service, or related experience. (Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent). College education and/or relevant technical training may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis. Substitutions for Minimum Qualifications
