McGillivray Construction is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast\-paced office environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and subcontractors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and common areas
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
- Support field and office staff with administrative tasks
- Occasionally run office errands as needed
- Previous experience in reception, office administration, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Our office is located at 3140 Loma Vista Road, Ventura, CA 93003
- Hours are Monday\-Friday from 7:30am \- 4:30pm with an hour lunch
