Job Title: Executive Assistant
Annual Salary Range: $95,000 \- $120,000
Location: Bay Area or Central Valley California
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Position Overview:
S2A Modular is seeking a high\-performing Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our corporate team. This individual will provide senior\-level support while acting as a strategic partner to leadership, with a strong emphasis on Investor Relations and legal/paralegal coordination.
This is not a traditional EA role. You will operate at the intersection of executive operations, investor communications, and corporate/legal support—working directly with the CEO to manage priorities, support capital raise efforts, assist with legal documentation, and ensure seamless day\-to\-day operations.
We are a fast\-growing, investor\-backed company working closely with shareholders, partners, and developers nationwide, and are looking for someone who can bring structure, organization, and proactive support across these functions.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, reports, and follow\-ups for executive meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft, proofread, and manage sensitive communications and correspondence
- Coordinate company events, investor meetings, and executive presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support special projects and cross\-functional initiatives
- Support day\-to\-day communication with shareholders, investors, and prospective investors by serving as the key point of contact
- Prepare and manage investor materials including updates, reports, decks, and communications
- Track investor activity, commitments, and documentation across CRM and internal systems including equity management platform
- Coordinate investor meetings, webinars, and events
- Assist in capital raise processes, subscription agreements, and investor onboarding
- Help develop investor messaging, updates, and outreach strategies
- Maintain organized investor databases and ensure timely follow\-up
- Prepare, organize, and track legal documents including subscription agreements and closing materials
- Assist with entity formation, filings, and corporate documentation
- Manage signature packages, document execution, and record keeping
- Coordinate with external counsel, custodians, and internal teams
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for leadership
- Support transactions across real estate, financing, and corporate structuring
- Maintain organized legal files, compliance tracking, and documentation systems
- Serve as a bridge between executive team, investor relations, legal, sales and marketing, and operations
- Support internal reporting, tracking, and communication workflows
- Assist in CRM management (HubSpot) and investor pipeline tracking
- Help streamline processes across departments for efficiency and scalability
- Remote\-first role based in the Bay Area / Palo Alto
- Monthly travel (or as needed) to S2A’s Patterson, CA MegaFactory
- Occasional availability for investor or executive\-related events

Investor Relations
Legal / Paralegal Support
Cross\-Functional Coordination
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
● Background in real estate, construction, private equity, or venture\-backed companies
● Previous executive administrative experience of 5\+ years.
● Strong experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, or corporate environments
● Paralegal experience or exposure to legal documentation strongly preferred
● Computer knowledge sufficient to effectively use administrative computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google Applications (Calendar, Gmail, Spreadsheets), and HubSpot CRM.
● Experience coordinating investor events or fundraising processes
● Exceptional organizational and project management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple high\-priority tasks with precision and urgency
● Ability to speak Mandarin is helpful but not required
