Overview:
\\This is 100% remote position. CHLA requires a primary residence in California prior to start date.\*\* Schedule: Monday\-Friday, Day Shift Purpose Statement/Position Summary: Under the direction of the Ambulatory Access Center, the Ambulatory Access Center Specialist is responsible for working with all key stakeholders to facilitate, support, and provide analysis for operational and quality improvement projects related to the Ambulatory Access Center. The Access Center Specialist participates in and supports several functions of the Ambulatory Access Center including but not limited to referral management, scheduling, capacity management, etc. The Specialist requires management and planning for implementation activities related to the Ambulatory Access Center and analysis post implementation. The Specialist will be working with CHLA leadership, external departments, Information Systems teams and consultants assigned to the project, to facilitate the accomplishment of specific programs within the overall project. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 3\+ years of access center/operations/reporting experience within a healthcare organization. Preferred Qualifications:
- 5\+ years of experience as leader/analyst supporting traditional Contact Center.
- Experience with Access Center Operations.
- Template Management/Optimization experience.
Education/Licensure/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
