• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Ensure high\-quality, ethical, and effective service delivery

What You Need

• BCBA certification
• Bachelor’s degree (entry\-level candidates welcome)
• Passion for working with children and families in an ABA setting
• Ability to work near one of the clinic locations (hybrid role)
