POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Finance the Finance Clerk supports finance by managing diverse daily financial operations, including, but not limited to full cycle order management, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations and month\-end closing.
This is an essential position on\-site position and requires frequent planned and unplanned face\-to\-face to be maximally effective. There is no option for remote or hybrid assignment.
PRIMARY DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provides administrative support, maintains databases and assists with reporting.
- General bookkeeping and transactions postings.
- Conducts full cycle order management tasks.
- Performs assigned AP/R tasks.
- Keeps records and organizes files as required; supports procurement.
- Processes, codes, and tracks invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintains accurate digital/physical records of financial transactions and updates the general ledger.
- Reconciles bank statements, credit card charges, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
- Ensures all financial data is kept confidential and adheres to company/industry regulations.
- Generates financial reports as required.
- Tracks tax payments and compiles information for tax filing.
- Assists with other accounting projects in the office as needed.
- Associate's degree in accounting.
- Detail\-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
