Job Description:
We are a mobile dermatology practice dedicated to providing high\-quality, on\-site dermatological care for the elderly community. We offer services in Independent Living Facilities (ILFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Nursing Homes, and private homes in the West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter areas. We are currently seeking a part\-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with dermatology experience to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced dermatology provider who enjoys the flexibility of an independent contractor role, with the support of a well\-established practice. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a passion for caring for the elderly.
Responsibilities:
* Examine and diagnose patients based on their medical records and physical assessments.
- Perform common dermatology procedures, including biopsies, ED\&Cs, and minor surgeries.
- Propose treatment plans for both chronic and infectious dermatological conditions.
- Establish strong relationships with on\-site staff and administrators to support patient care and grow the business.
- Work autonomously and manage your own schedule, providing high\-quality care with minimal supervision.
- Valid Physician Assistant (PA) license or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
- Must be comfortable working independently and managing your own patient schedule.
- Ability to perform minor dermatological procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions).
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient\-focused attitude.
- Motivated to grow the business and establish strong relationships within the community.
- Organized and able to maintain accurate records in our electronic medical records (EMA) system.
- Must be able to drive to multiple locations and manage a varied caseload.

* Prescribe medications as needed and monitor patient responses.
* Maintain accurate records using electronic medical records software (EMA).

Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of dermatology experience required (medical dermatology experience specifically).
Compensation and Benefits:
* Compensation: 30% of collections, paid monthly (estimated earnings: $75,000 \- $200,000/year, depending on hours worked).
* Flexible schedule: Choose your own hours during the week or on weekends.
* Medical Assistant support provided when working full\-time.
* Supplies and office support will be provided, as well as access to our EMA software for record\-keeping.
