Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Independent Contractor

Compensation: Competitive percentage split based on billed sessions

About the Role
We are looking for a Washington‑licensed PMHNP to provide psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, and collaborative care with our therapists. This position is structured as an independent contractor role with a services agreement.We provide full credentialing support (with a two‑year commitment). If you’re already credentialed, that's a huge bonus!

- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications
- Provide psychoeducation to support client understanding
- Collaborate with therapists for integrated care
- Maintain clear, ethical, compliant documentation
- Stay current with evidence‑based psychiatric practices
- PMHNP or ARNP with psychiatric certification in Washington
- Active DEA
- Experience in outpatient, telehealth, or general mental health settings
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team as needed
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and client‑centered approach
- Ability to sign an independent contractor services agreement
- Credentialing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule
