We’re hiring a dependable, detail\-oriented Virtual Assistant to support U.S. based small businesses, many of which are family\-owned \& locally operated. This is a long\-term opportunity with room to grow, not just a one time task. You’ll play a key role in helping business owners manage their day\-to\-day operations with professionalism and care. We are currently looking for Spanish and English bilingual virtual admin.

Responsibilities:

\-Provide friendly, reliable customer service and communication

\-Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence

\-Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, document prep, inbox and file organization, etc.)

\-Assist with documenting and updating internal processes (SOPs)

\-Track tasks and time accurately, and report as needed

\-Support the operational needs of small business teams in a fully remote environment

Work Style \& Availability:

This is not your typical 9\-to\-5\. While you’re not expected to be actively working all day, you do need to be available and responsive during standard business hours.

Work comes in intermittently. You’ll log time only when you’re actively handling tasks, emails, or calls. You might work in short bursts throughout the day, depending on client needs. This setup offers flexibility, but also requires reliability and quick response times during working hours.

Requirements:

\-Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant

\-Comfortable with task management tools and remote communication platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)

\-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

\-Strong organization and time management skills

\-Able to work independently while staying in regular communication with team members

\-Must be physically located in the United States or Mexico

\-Must be consistently available during standard U.S. business hours

\-Flexible availability — open to starting part\-time with the potential to increase hours over time

\-Experience in the cleaning industry or other home services is a plus

\-Preference will be given to bilingual applicants
