Job Overview

We are a growing bridal beauty team seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our customer experience, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to team and brides/clients alike. Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and communication, including setting appointments with team and clients
  • Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM for financial record\-keeping and reporting
  • Organize and maintain emails and CRM,
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for staff members
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and coordinating office events or meetings
  • Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry
  • Prior experience demonstrating familiarity with filing, calendar management, and administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of Honeybook for communication tasks is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Ability to utilize other digital tools such as Canva for social media/ print and Amazon storefront
