Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and communication, including setting appointments with team and clients
- Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM for financial record\-keeping and reporting
- Organize and maintain emails and CRM,
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for staff members
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and coordinating office events or meetings
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry
- Prior experience demonstrating familiarity with filing, calendar management, and administrative procedures
- Knowledge of Honeybook for communication tasks is a plus but not required
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Ability to utilize other digital tools such as Canva for social media/ print and Amazon storefront
