- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
- Handle incoming calls, and provide prompt customer support
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with meeting preparations
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and general administrative support.
- Receive rent money and other property management\-related items.
- Working with the remote leasign team including communicating in the group cat for any and all updates.

- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and document proofreading
- Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
