\ We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. \
    • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
    • Handle incoming calls, and provide prompt customer support
    • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
    • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with meeting preparations
    • Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and general administrative support.
    • Receive rent money and other property management\-related items.
    • Working with the remote leasign team including communicating in the group cat for any and all updates.
    • Key Maintenance.
    • Office look and feel \- first impression, assist (Music on, Tv on in the conference room, outdoor lights on when its dark, open sign, entryway)

    • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
    • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
    • Strong typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and document proofreading
    • Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
    • Demonstrated office management skills with attention to detail in filing, calendar management, and office supplies oversight
