Administrative Assistant
Overview: This role supports the Addiction Services Team’s operations, providing administrative and clerical support that keeps programs running smoothly and efficiently. The individual in this position helps streamline processes and ensure seamless communication across the team and with external partners. A central focus of this role is supporting and coordinating initiatives funded through the State Opioid Response grant by:
- Performing data entry, or data uploads (including converting text fields to numeric, troubleshooting \& correcting errors)
- Collaborating with other staff on meeting data requirements for a federal grant
- Providing TA and follow\-up with providers, as needed for data correction
- Staying current on any updates or changes from the federal government for this project
- Experience with Qualtrics and Excel, and familiarity with federal GPRA or SUPRT surveys would be helpful

This position is fully grant\-funded and is contingent upon the availability of grant funding. Continued employment is dependent on the continuation of funding.
