\ We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Korean Speaking Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our vibrant legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support in the personal injury field. Your bilingual skills will be instrumental in managing Korean\-language documents, communicating with clients, and answering discovery.     • Assist attorneys.
    • Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
    • Manage case files using document management systems; ensure all records are organized and accessible for ongoing litigation or transactions.
    • Conduct detailed document review and data entry to support litigation processes.
    • Support client interviews by preparing questions in Korean and assisting with translation as needed to ensure clear communication.
    • Coordinate scheduling for court appearances, client meetings, and internal deadlines while maintaining effective communication with all parties involved.
    • Provide executive administrative support including phone etiquette management, calendar organization, filing, transcription, and proofreading to streamline office operations.

    • Fluency in Korean and English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
    • Proven paralegal experience or legal administrative experience within a law office environment.
    • Strong knowledge of personal injury law.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading expertise is a plus.
    • Experience with document review processes and legal case management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Effective interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.

Pay: $24\.72 \- $29\.78 per hour Benefits:
