- Assist attorneys.
- Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Manage case files using document management systems; ensure all records are organized and accessible for ongoing litigation or transactions.
- Conduct detailed document review and data entry to support litigation processes.
- Support client interviews by preparing questions in Korean and assisting with translation as needed to ensure clear communication.
- Coordinate scheduling for court appearances, client meetings, and internal deadlines while maintaining effective communication with all parties involved.
- Provide executive administrative support including phone etiquette management, calendar organization, filing, transcription, and proofreading to streamline office operations.
- Fluency in Korean and English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Proven paralegal experience or legal administrative experience within a law office environment.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading expertise is a plus.
- Experience with document review processes and legal case management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.
