Position Overview:

The Patient Coordinator will play a crucial role in our office by fulfilling a variety of responsibilities, including receptionist duties, therapy assistance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be an organized, friendly, and proactive individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic and patient\-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties: (This will be only when covering vacations/sick days)

\- Greet patients warmly and manage check\-ins and check\-outs.

\- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.

\- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Therapy Assistant Duties:

\- Assist chiropractors with patient therapies and treatment plans as directed.

\- Put patients on therapies and take them off therapies as directed.

\- Provide support and education to patients regarding their therapy routines.

Administrative Assistant Duties:

\- Perform general office administrative tasks including data entry, scanning papers, and managing office supplies, checking emails.

\- Handle sending billing to our billing team.

\- Check voicemail and handle patient questions.

\- Send Patient records when requested

Qualifications:

\- Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic office is preferred but not required.

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

\- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, electronic health records systems).

\- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

\- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
