- (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 years experience Required
- Secretarial/receptionist experience, including typing, filing and telephone communication required
- Previous hospital/medical experience required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

##### Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides front office duties including but not limited to receptionist, registration, scheduling, bill payment, account reconciliation, daily billing and other needed clerical functions. Greets customers and facilitates appropriate communications/action. Will assist director, supervisors and staff in the smooth and efficient operation of the Outpatient Rehab Services department through clerical, organizational and communication skills. Will perform multiple functions simultaneously and efficiently. Proficient in various software systems for incorporating data entry of confidential information. Under the direct supervision of the therapist or therapist assistant, performs patient transport, assisting with stocking and inventory of supplies, maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure good/safe working order. Provides direction to and keeps all customers and patients informed of actions taking place.
