As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Chief Administrative Office, you will be trusted with enabling the firm wide delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Each day you will work with cross\-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will join our Approvals Product Team, focusing on the Approvals application. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in product development to make a significant impact by delivering integrated experiences aligned with the firm's employee experience strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure a strong and consistent employee experience for executing and streamlining approval tasks across web, mobile, and digital assistant channels.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the firm's approval tool, which specializes in routing requests for \~140 applications, servicing more than 250,000 unique users, and providing reference data for approximately 86,000 permissions. The Approvals application manages \~thirteen million requests annually. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success by applying your experience in achieving customer\-focused outcomes and your strong delivery track record.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage, support, and strategically grow the end\-to\-end Approvals integration program, currently connected to over 140 application partners. This includes maintaining regular communication to keep partners informed of application changes, providing feedback on the integration process, onboarding new applications by guiding partners through technical requirements, addressing API and payload questions, and resolving integration issues.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key leaders and stakeholders across the organization to ensure the Approvals application meets diverse needs and is effectively maintained.
  • Gather business requirements from end users and translate them into actionable product features that enhance the employee experience across web, mobile, and digital assistant channels.
  • Partner closely with design teams and software engineers to manage the entire life cycle of the Approvals application, providing omni\-channel servicing to more than 250,000 unique users.
  • Drive product innovation, positioning, and experience to continuously enhance the Approvals product, focusing on delivering customer\-focused outcomes. Align the Approvals tool with Firm standards enabling a universal and consistent user experience.
  • Monitor application performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, leveraging user research and metrics analysis to optimize product development.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3\+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated understanding of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, UX design and code refresh
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Proficiency in data analytics and data literacy
  • Experience in performing functional validation of product features in both testing and production environments
  • Ability to successfully partner cross\-functionally across teams
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to research and evaluate new and emerging technologies and use cases within the industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in creating Figma wireframes that align with system requirements
  • Some technical background, including understanding of APIs, REST services, and JSON methodology
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Databricks, Tableau, Business Objects, SQL, and other data analysis tools
  • Experience in product deployment processes through alpha, beta, and general availability release phases
