This Is Not a Traditional Project Manager Role

We are not hiring coordinators, assistants, or people waiting on staff before they produce.

We are hiring operators \- professionals who want to own outcomes, build real lanes of business, and be paid based on performance.

The Role: PM as Operator (Lane Owner)

Each Operator PM runs their own lane inside our platform.

You will:

  • Estimate scopes using established pricing frameworks
  • Schedule and execute your own projects
  • Build and manage vendor / subcontractor relationships
  • Own margin, quality, and results
  • Deepen relationships with clients we provide
  • Source and develop new opportunities
  • You are trusted \- and held accountable.

  • A growing book of work and direct client access
  • Pricing and execution within clear guardrails
  • Sub performance and replacement decisions
  • Gross margin and job outcomes
  • Strong operators get more lane, not more meetings.

    Support \& Scaling Model

    This is an operator\-built role.

    Initially, you will:

  • Estimate your work
  • Schedule your projects
  • Run your vendors and subcontractors
  • Manage \& grow client relationships we provide
  • We provide:

  • Back\-office support (finance, billing, compliance)
  • Pricing templates and margin standards
  • Client access and platform infrastructure
  • As your lane becomes consistently profitable, we reinvest with:

  • Additional PMs under your supervision
  • Coordinator or admin support
  • Expanded resources to scale volume
  • Support is earned through results, not assigned upfront.

    Compensation \& Upside

    Divisions \& Licensed Growth

    Experience \- and where applicable, licensure \- in areas such as:

  • General Contracting
  • Fire alarm / fire sprinkler
  • Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, low\-voltage
  • Other regulated or specialty scopes
  • …can accelerate advancement into division leadership.

    Licensed operators are hired to build and scale real divisions within our platform.
