The Role: PM as Operator (Lane Owner)
Each Operator PM runs their own lane inside our platform.
You will:
- Estimate scopes using established pricing frameworks
- Schedule and execute your own projects
- Build and manage vendor / subcontractor relationships
- Own margin, quality, and results
- Deepen relationships with clients we provide
- Source and develop new opportunities
- A growing book of work and direct client access
- Pricing and execution within clear guardrails
- Sub performance and replacement decisions
- Gross margin and job outcomes
- Estimate your work
- Schedule your projects
- Run your vendors and subcontractors
- Manage \& grow client relationships we provide
- Back\-office support (finance, billing, compliance)
- Pricing templates and margin standards
- Client access and platform infrastructure
- Additional PMs under your supervision
- Coordinator or admin support
