Position Summary

Gary's Pizza is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tech\-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Handle email correspondence and respond on behalf of leadership when required

Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents

Maintain digital filing systems and company records

Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks

Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare agendas/minutes

Support client communications and follow\-ups

Perform data entry and maintain CRM systems

Assist with project coordination and task tracking

Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

1–3 years of administrative or virtual assistant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable high\-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting executives or management teams

Familiarity with CRM systems

Basic bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks or similar)

Strong problem\-solving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
