Job Description:
We are a growing general contracting company seeking a reliable office assistant to support our bidding and subcontractor outreach process.
Responsibilities include:
- Calling subcontractors to invite them to bid on projects
- Sending project invitations via PlanHub, email, and other platforms
- Following up with subcontractors for quotes
- Maintaining a list of subcontractors by trade
- Tracking bids and responses
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks
- Good communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, internet search)
- Organized and detail\-oriented
- Prior construction experience is a plus (not required)
- $15–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
- Part\-time to start (20–30 hours/week)
- How comfortable are you making phone calls all day?
