Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and calendar management for remote team members using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications via multi\-line phone systems and email.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, supporting clients or team members with their needs, and ensuring positive interactions.
  • Handle clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail.
  • Oversee office management tasks such as supply ordering, equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly from a remote setting.
  • Utilize computer skills to support various administrative functions including bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Maintain professionalism with phone etiquette during all interactions while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently through strong organizational skills.
  • Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—bilingual abilities are a plus!—and professional phone etiquette.
  • Experience with office management, clerical tasks, data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer support.
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and calendar management tools.
  • Computer literacy including proficiency in QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
