#### Job Summary
As our bilingual Remote Receptionist, you will professionally greet callers, assist Spanish and English speaking clients, route calls appropriately, and support our service and sales teams with administrative tasks. Your professionalism and warm communication style will play a key role in delivering an excellent client experience.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in both Spanish and English
- Assist callers with basic inquiries
- Direct clients to the appropriate department or team member
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry and document handling
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service
- Support the agency team with additional tasks as assigned
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer\-focused mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft office software
- Insurance agency experience is a plus, but not required
- 100% remote position
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
