Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi\-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers alike. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately
  • Operate multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage incoming calls, route inquiries efficiently, and provide accurate information
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure proper document management
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with basic office management tasks
  • Support office staff with clerical duties such as proofreading, copying, and mailing documents
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Buildertrend, and other office software to support daily operations
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist with strong clerical background
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse populations
  • Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates multitasking capabilities is preferred
