:Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to join the Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing team at Standard Chartered Bank in New York. This role provides critical administrative and operational support to the team within Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing, helping ensure the smooth execution of priorities across communications, reputation, brand, marketing, philanthropy and risk/governance assessments and reporting.

The successful candidate is a master of prioritization who can anticipate needs before they arise, manage complex schedules, and serve as a trusted liaison across internal teams and external partners. You will play a key role in enabling the team to operate efficiently and effectively, while supporting broader team coordination, special projects, and day\-to\-day operations. Patience, sound judgment, and resilience are essential.

In this role, you are not just managing calendars or logistics — you are contributing directly to the employee and stakeholder experience across Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Team Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) team
  • Manage complex calendars, including internal and external meetings, key deadlines, and priority engagements.
  • Conduct weekly forward\-looking calendar reviews to ensure accuracy, alignment with priorities, and proactive conflict resolution.
  • Help to organize and coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, town halls, and team meetings.
  • Keep senior leaders informed of time\-sensitive issues, including deadlines for risk related issues, and ensure appropriate follow\-through.
  • Communications \& Materials Support

  • Assist with correspondence, presentations, briefing materials, and reports.
  • Ensure documents are accurate, polished, and delivered on time.
  • Support internal communications as needed.
  • Project \& Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Communications, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities.
  • Support ad\-hoc initiatives.
  • Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings with global and regional colleagues.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, as requested
  • Process expenses, invoices, and purchase requests.
  • Track budgets and manage vendors.

Recruitment Assessments

Expected annual base pay range for the role is 95,000 USD to 110,000 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package. Discretionary variable pay and a range of attractive bank sponsored benefit programs are available and designed to foster employee overall health and well\-being including, but not limited to, a best in class 401k plan with up to 8% employer match, robust medical plan coverage with employer funded Health Savings Accounts, inclusive family building benefits, and flexible/hybrid working arrangements for many of our positions subject to role specific considerations.
