We are currently seeking a Full\-Time AdministrativeAssistant for our Longmont, CO Campus. The ideal person in this position has a warm demeanor and a friendly attitude. They should be very attentive to detail, able to work with minimal supervision, enjoy managing the phones, and have the desire to be helpful to other staff and visitors. This is an entry\-level position and though professional administrative experience is not required, successful candidates will have previous professional experience in customer service, managing multiple phone lines, and data entry.

Support all aspects of the salon guest services experience including inventory control (Guest Vision), and student support.
Essential Duties
- Open salon and reconcile salon clinic cash drawer (daily, weekly, annually as needed)
- Ensure all cash, credit card, check and gift card transactions are accurate
- Reconcile all clinic revenue on a weekly basis and provide reports to Campus Director
- Assist with promoting of service re\-bookings, retail sales, and hitting Summit goals for the clinic
- Assist with retail inventory counts, stocking shelves, inventory control and/or product check out and sales tracking through Summit
- Restocking retail product display cabinets and bins as needed
- Schedule all client services (incoming calls) in the student salon and appointments (assisting guests with required paperwork as needed)
- Greet visitors/vendors/guests as they come in for services and appointments.
- Update all client information using computer software as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all work information
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills and Ability
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED and three years customer service or receptionist experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a salon setting within a college campus requiring outside driving to commute to other campuses if necessary.
