Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Property Manager to join our dynamic property management team. In this pivotal role, you will support the day\-to\-day operations of residential communities, ensuring smooth leasing processes, exceptional customer service, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Support property maintenance coordination by communicating with vendors, scheduling repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate data entry within property management software such as Yardi or OneSite, including resident records, rent payments, and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Handle customer service inquiries professionally via phone and in person, fostering positive relationships with residents and prospects alike.
- Assist with legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements, contracts, and eviction notices while adhering to landlord\-tenant law standards.
- Support conflict management efforts by mediating resident concerns and facilitating effective resolutions to maintain community harmony.
- experience in property management or real estate administrative roles; familiarity with office procedures is essential.
- Experience working with property management software like Yardi or OneSite is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle legal documents such as contracts and eviction notices accurately and confidentially.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices including property maintenance coordination is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, filing, and record keeping tasks.
