Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Weekend Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow\-up communications
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems, ensuring records are up\-to\-date and organized
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing emails, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support office management duties including supply inventory, document organization, and general clerical support
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform light administrative duties such as typing, data entry, and filing to ensure smooth office operations
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing inquiries and scheduling requests during weekend shifts
- Proven experience with front desk operations and customer service roles
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Previous clerical or administrative experience, including calendar management and proofreading
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly with strong attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during weekend hours
- Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is a plus but not required
