We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated CRM \& Marketing Manager to oversee our JobNimbus platform, drive our social media marketing efforts, and support our sales teams. The ideal candidate will be a JobNimbus power\-user, a creative social media strategist, and a natural leader with a proven ability to optimize workflows and enhance sales performance. This role is critical to our operational efficiency and growing national market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
JobNimbus CRM Management:
- Expert\-level proficiency in JobNimbus: Configure, optimize, and maintain all aspects of the JobNimbus platform to ensure maximum efficiency and data accuracy for sales, production, and customer service.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data entry, workflow automation, and reporting within JobNimbus.
- Train new and existing team members on JobNimbus functionalities, ensuring consistent and effective usage across departments.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards from JobNimbus to provide insights into sales pipeline, project status, customer interactions, and overall business performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for JobNimbus support and feature requests, staying updated on new releases and integrating relevant features.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with our target audience across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, YouTube).
- Create compelling and relevant content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media channel, showcasing our roofing projects, expertise, and company culture.
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts and campaigns to align with marketing goals and seasonal trends.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and reviews, responding promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization to improve engagement and ROI.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices in the commercial roofing industry.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the sales team, helping them leverage JobNimbus for effective lead management, pipeline progression, and customer follow\-up.
- Assist in setting sales targets and monitor team performance against these goals, utilizing JobNimbus reporting features.
- Facilitate regular sales meetings, providing insights from CRM data and marketing performance to drive strategy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales processes and scripts.
- Identify training needs for the sales team, particularly concerning CRM utilization and new marketing initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding new sales representatives, ensuring they are quickly proficient with company systems and processes.
- Proven experience as a power\-user or administrator of JobNimbus CRM.
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing strategy and execution, preferably in the home services or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basic skills a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
