What You’ll Do

• Support daily dispatch operations by scheduling pickups, deliveries, and driver assignments
• Coordinate and verify load information to ensure shipment accuracy
• Prepare and manage freight documentation (BOLs, manifests, delivery confirmations)
• Communicate directly with drivers regarding instructions, route updates, and schedule changes
• Track shipments and proactively help resolve delays or discrepancies
• Assist warehouse staff with staging freight, scanning labels, and verifying counts when needed
• Maintain accurate freight records and update internal systems
• Provide shipment status updates and assist with customer inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and DOT safety standards
• Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry, reporting, and filing

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, freight operations, or warehouse support preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with drivers and operations teams
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and perform under time\-sensitive deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and team\-oriented

Pay: $19\.40 \- $22\.30 per hour
