We?re seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support critical HR functions, including payroll assistance, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing, including timecard management, adjustments, and supporting tax filings for accuracy and compliance.
- Support new hire onboarding, update employee data in HRIS, and process terminations.
- Maintain I-9 records, conduct employee file audits, and ensure training compliance.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, including employee records and compliance forms.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as managing office supplies, processing mail, and organizing HR files.
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating training sessions, and supporting company audits.
- Provide administrative support to HR team and leadership, including preparing reports and correspondence.
