  • Afternoons/Evenings & Part Time- Monday-Friday
  • Salary: $18-$20/hour, D.O.E.

    Start Date: ASAP

    Hours:

    Mondays: 3:30pm-8:00pm

    Tuesdays: 3:45pm-8:30pm

    Wednesdays: 2:00pm-8:45pm

    Thursdays: 4:00pm-7:45pm

    Fridays: 3:45pm-7:45pm

    As a representative of Legacy Premier Cheer; Front Desk Coordinator is the Face of the Business. This role demands an upbeat personality with a pro-active approach of "How may I serve you" to all customers all the time.

    Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assist them with class enrollments, changes and various requests in person, online, and over the phone.
  • Maintain and monitor our enrollment software and customer accounts.
  • Ensure facilities are well maintained and cleaning standards are met.
  • Develop strong relationship with coaches to ensure smooth operations and to work as a team to solve problems.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with upper management to ensure all programs, events, and camps are executed effectively.
  • Some event planning may be requested or other supporting administrative duties for various gym activities, parties, and camps.
  • Assist Director with gym admin duties.
  • Create Marketing materials.

  • Technical & Software

  • Proficiency in front desk/reservation systems
  • Handling POS systems
  • Basic troubleshooting of office equipment
  • Familiarity with email/calendar platforms (Outlook)
  • Experience with Canva is a plus!

  • Quick decision-making under pressure
  • Resolving guest/staff complaints diplomatically
  • Adapting to unexpected issues (e.g., scheduling changes, no-shows)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
