Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a knack for multitasking. This role needs going out and meeting new people, promoting the company and getting new business.
Duties
- Manage and organize office files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support by typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials when necessary.
- Support team members with various tasks as a personal assistant when required.
- Utilize computer software for data entry and record keeping to help streamline office processes.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment that promotes productivity.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Should be mobile and open to meet new clients, prospects and do sales calls , visit offices to do new sales.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and computerized systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist team members in various capacities.
