Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a knack for multitasking. This role needs going out and meeting new people, promoting the company and getting new business.

Duties

  • Manage and organize office files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide administrative support by typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials when necessary.
  • Support team members with various tasks as a personal assistant when required.
  • Utilize computer software for data entry and record keeping to help streamline office processes.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment that promotes productivity.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Should be mobile and open to meet new clients, prospects and do sales calls , visit offices to do new sales.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and computerized systems.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist team members in various capacities.
