- Provide administrative support for talent acquisition and development programs.
- Create presentations, program communications, and maintain content on internal sites (Atlas).
- Track program participation, manage data entry, and support performance management processes.
- Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, enrollment, evaluations, tracking, and feedback collection.
- Support on‑site training setup including equipment, software, video capture (Panopto), and classroom preparation.
- Deliver basic training on administrative tools (Concur, Atlas, Microsoft Office).
- Assist with project plans and HR system reporting (Taleo, HR Analytics, dashboards).
- Coordinate program and event logistics including announcements, invitations, venues, and catering.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and uphold organizational values.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 1\+ year of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook)
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and ability to learn new applications quickly
- Event coordination experience preferred
