  • Run Client Conflict Checks \- Training provided.
  • Draft and revise Client Engagement Letters.
  • Maintain tracking report of Engagement Letters.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and calls via phone, email, and Zoom with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars under supervision of senior administrative assistants.
  • Support senior administrative assistants as needed.
  • Follow proper procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Create and send grammatically/punctually correct internal/external company communication under supervision of senior administrative assistants.
  • Liaise with Operations Manager and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from attorneys.
  • All other projects as assigned.
  • Skills

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi\-task and adjust changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self\-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Friendly.
  • Position is full time, flexible remote work with occasional in\-office requirements.
