- Run Client Conflict Checks \- Training provided.
- Draft and revise Client Engagement Letters.
- Maintain tracking report of Engagement Letters.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and calls via phone, email, and Zoom with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars under supervision of senior administrative assistants.
- Support senior administrative assistants as needed.
- Follow proper procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Create and send grammatically/punctually correct internal/external company communication under supervision of senior administrative assistants.
- Liaise with Operations Manager and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from attorneys.
- All other projects as assigned.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi\-task and adjust changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self\-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
