Cannonball Moments is seeking a highly skilled, trusted, and well‑organized Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to one of our senior leaders and coaches. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment and takes pride in enabling executive effectiveness.
The Executive Assistant operates as an extension of the executive—managing communications, prioritizing time and commitments, anticipating needs, and ensuring both professional and personal responsibilities are handled with exceptional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality. This is a high‑trust role requiring proactive ownership, sound decision‑making, and the ability to seamlessly balance long‑term projects with urgent, time‑sensitive matters.
In this position, you will support a rapidly growing organization, contribute to overall operational efficiency, and build strong working relationships with high‑level executives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, thoughtful, self‑directed, and positive—someone who enjoys problem‑solving, takes initiative, and is motivated by meaningful, challenging work.
Cannonball Moments was founded on the belief that Cannonball Moments happen to all of us—and when they do, they are life‑changing. After experiencing his own Cannonball Moment, founder Chad Sanschagrin made it his mission to inspire and empower leaders and sales teams across the country to unlock their potential and create lives they truly believe are worth living. As an Executive Assistant at Cannonball Moments, you will play a vital role in supporting that mission by helping our leaders stay focused, effective, and impactful.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who values trust, excellence, and purpose, and who is eager to grow alongside a company dedicated to personal growth, leadership, and meaningful impact.
