Job Description
The position performs administrative, clerical, and logistical support for TiMOTION Sales Team acquisitions and customer facing requirements. This position assists in the compiling and maintaining of purchase orders and office activities within the Sales and Operations Departments.
Job Responsibilities
· Process purchase orders through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
· Input new customers information ERP system
· Monitor open purchase orders and provide delivery status as required
· Communicate with customers regarding open purchase orders, shipment status
· Assist Logistics to optimize corporate acquisition process
· Support the ongoing development and implementation of customer service work instruction, policies \& procedures
· Maintain records of quotes received, sales orders issued, and purchase order placed
· Support Sales and Operation teams with supplier or customer grievances, and claims
· Review applicable documents for conformance to company policy
· Respond to all post\-production customer supply inquiries/spares requirements and coordinate delivery resolution
· Prepare and track customer orders
· Assist in identifying customer issues for resolution
· Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate delivery problem resolution
· Assist with other projects and assignments as necessary

Education/Experience

Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: Up to $22\.00 per hour
