Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Office Assistant Volunteer and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. As an Office Assistant, you will be the friendly face at the front desk, manage communications, and assist with clerical tasks that keep our office running efficiently. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike. \
    • Greet visitors and answer multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
    • Manage front desk operations, including checking in guests and directing inquiries
    • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
    • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
    • Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing inventory
    • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email promptly and effectively
    • Help with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial records

    • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
    • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse community needs
    • Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and data entry best practices
    • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently
