Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, direct calls accurately, and handle inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative workflows
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and document management
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff members or executives
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally both in person and via email or phone
- Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus
- Strong typing skills along with excellent proofreading capabilities to ensure accuracy in documents
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Previous clerical or office experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail
