About the Role

PPV Group Incorporated is a creative and technology\-forward company based in New York City. We're looking for a sharp, friendly, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support both the business and the personal life of our founder. This is a part\-time role starting at 10–15 hours per week with room to grow. Most work is remote, with occasional in\-person opportunities in NYC.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and draft emails, texts, and correspondence on behalf of the founder
  • Handle scheduling, bookings, and calendar coordination (appointments, travel, reservations)
  • Make and receive calls, relay messages, and follow up on tasks
  • Research and complete a variety of small tasks and one\-off projects
  • Help keep day\-to\-day life and business running smoothly
  • Occasional in\-person errands or on\-site support in NYC
  • Who You Are

  • A strong communicator — warm, professional, and clear in writing and conversation
  • Genuinely curious about creative industries and technology
  • Organized and detail\-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks with you
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling personal or business information
  • Based in New York City (or close enough for occasional in\-person work)
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting executives, founders, or high\-net\-worth individuals
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or similar
  • Background or strong interest in media, entertainment, or tech
  • Experience as a virtual assistant or in a coordinator/admin role

  • Hours: 10–15 hrs/week to start
  • Compensation: $18/hour
  • Location: Primarilyx remote; NYC\-based preferred for in\-person availability
  • Schedule: Flexible, but availability during business hours (ET) is important
