Since 1973, Tri\-County Process Serving LLC has provided trusted legal support services to the Treasure Valley legal community. We serve legal documents throughout Idaho and facilitate service of process nationwide.
This position requires excellent document preparation and proofreading skills.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Legal document preparation
- Managing email correspondence
- Answering multi\-line phones
- Filing and mailing
- Conducting database searches
- Processing incoming checks
- Greeting visitors
- $16\.00–$18\.00 per hour (DOE)
- Paid holidays after 90 days
- Paid time off begins accruing after 90 days at 4 hours per month (48 hours annually).

The ideal candidate is highly detail\-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced legal office environment. Strong typing skills, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle confidential information are required.
This is a full\-time position (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Often, work may be required after 5:00 p.m. to meet client needs.
