Job Summary: The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for conducting outreach to Service Coordinators to match case needs with a service provider. The individual will work on multiple referrals and find the best fit provider based a family's location, schedule and needs. In addition, the individual will work with internal staff and managers to maintain and grow the boroughs assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote company availability of therapist/teachers/service providers within the NYC boroughs
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally
  • Record and confirm child and family information during the initial referral process and input to internal database
  • Match cases to therapist based on the family’s location and preferences
  • Complete data entry daily for referrals that are staffed or unable to staff
  • Meet expected goals on daily basis
  • Conduct continuous phone follow ups for services that were previously staffed and are not yet approved
  • Proactively work on cases that require change in providers
  • Develop internal relationships with therapists to effectively outreach in their areas of preferences and match families according to their availability
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure quality of services and work
  • Provide coverage for other Staffing Coordinators and work as a team to achieve goals

    Education or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English a must (written/spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior sales experience a plus!
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly, positive communicator via in person, email, or phone.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word
  • A team player who is detail oriented and goal driven.
  • Knowledge on NYC zip codes/areas a plus
  • Physical Requirements of the Role:

  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
  • Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation: Full\-time hourly non\-exempt $21\-23 per hour

Hours: In office, Monday\-Friday 9:00am\-5:30pm. Please note that this is not a remote position
