Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing multiple projects, interfacing with cross functional teams and interacting with a variety of databases.
  • Oversee office operations by managing supplies, maintaining filing systems, organizing documents, and ensuring the office environment remains efficient and welcoming.
  • Assist with event planning for customers, preparing reporting generated by internal teams and providing timeline and executional support for projects internally.
  • Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, proofreading documents for accuracy, and assisting with transcription tasks as needed.
  • Facilitate personal assistant duties for executives by handling confidential information discreetly and managing personal appointments or errands when required.
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or executive administrative support with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent typing speed combined with strong proofreading and transcription abilities to produce accurate documents efficiently.
  • Comfortability with data entry tasks and rotating seamlessly through projects of varying scope and scale.
  • Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage calendar schedules meticulously using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools.
