About Us
We are a mission\-driven tutoring and education services company expanding into a brand\-new location in Belcamp, MD.
This is not a back\-office role inside a mature organization. This is a ground\-floor opportunity to help build something from scratch — programming, culture, community presence, and systems.
You will work directly with the founder to bring the vision to life locally. That means energy, ideas, follow\-through, and a willingness to figure things out in real time.
If you like being in rooms where things are being created — not maintained — this role is for you.
