Based in LaGrange, Georgia, we help organizations — primarily in the construction industry — build exceptional cultures by developing exceptional leaders. This role is a key hire as we scale our operations, marketing, and client engagement with the support of a new AI\- powered marketing and sales team.
The Role
We’re looking for a tech\-savvy Executive Assistant to support Dr. Kemper and the broader LEAD team. This is a hybrid position — you’ll spend time in our LaGrange, GA office and work remotely, depending on the needs of any given week. You’ll be the operational backbone of the company: managing Alan’s calendar and communications, coordinating meetings and events, handling invoicing and client follow\- ups, and working alongside our remote marketing and technology team. This isn’t a traditional admin role , you’ll be working with modern tools, AI\-powered systems, and a CRM that’s central to how we operate. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage Dr. Kemper’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, talking points, and follow\-up action items for internal and client meetings
- Handle email management and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate travel arrangements and conference logistics
- Serve as a liaison between Alan and the rest of the team, clients, and external partners
- Manage invoicing, billing, and basic financial tracking (Angie handles full accounting)
- Maintain organized digital files, documents, and records
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and general office coordination
- Support onboarding of new coaching clients with welcome materials and scheduling
- Manage vendor relationships and office supply needs
- Work within Pipedrive (CRM) to update contacts, track pipeline activity, and pull reports
- Use Notion, Google Workspace, and other cloud\-based tools for daily workflow
- Collaborate with our remote marketing team on content scheduling, lead follow\-ups, and client communications
- Learn and operate AI\-powered tools that support lead vetting, content creation, and scheduling
- Help maintain and improve internal systems and processes as the company grows
- Support planning and logistics for LEAD events, workshops, and webinars
- Coordinate conference attendance: registration, travel, booth setup, follow\-up
- Assist with client\-facing communications and materials as needed
- Track client engagement milestones and ensure coaching sessions are scheduled
- 2\+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management role
- Strong comfort with technology — you pick up new software quickly and enjoy learning new tools
- Experience with CRM systems, cloud\-based office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365\), and scheduling platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow\-through
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage your own time
- Located in or near LaGrange, GA (or willing to commute for in\-office days)

- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, or other modern collaboration tools
- Interest in or exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms)
- Experience supporting a CEO or founder in a small business environment
- Background in professional services, coaching, consulting, or the construction industry
- Event planning or conference coordination experience
