WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Hourly Wage: $20\.75
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

- Provide office support functions including answering calls, assisting clients and visitors, managing filing systems, scheduling, coordinating travel, and maintaining office equipment.
- Process new business and marketing tasks, including entering application data, resolving issues, monitoring post\-issue processes, and supporting leads and client outreach.
- Manage advisor pay functions such as overseeing the online pay system, ensuring accuracy, and entering advisor expenses into the system.
- Assist with administrative tasks like report analysis, summarizing data, handling advisor contracts, and managing monthly newsletters and special mailings.
- Process invoices, track regional office expenses, and provide daily support to local management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting prep.
- Knowledge of Division Office policies and procedures.
- Strong computer knowledge to include office software products such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic accounting and math aptitude skills.
- Strong human relations and communication skills; telephone and customer service skills.
- Organization, attention to detail, analytical, problem solving and clerical support skills.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high\-speed internet connection and in a listed location.
- Previous experience working in a field office setting.
- Previous experience working with scanning and imaging.
