What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing individual counseling sessions to clients via secure telehealth
• Using evidence‑based, trauma‑informed approaches
• Creating and documenting treatment plans that reflect your clinical judgment
• Collaborating with therapists and psychiatric providers when needed
• Engaging in ongoing learning and reflective practice
• Delivering therapy that is compassionate, ethical, and client‑centered

Who We’re Looking For

• Actively licensed to practice therapy in Washington State
• A clinician who loves virtual work and builds strong rapport through the screen
• Someone who values collaboration and autonomy equally
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Experience with evidence‑based approaches
• A therapist who genuinely cares about clients and wants to grow professionally
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor
