This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
The Director of Revenue Integrity provides strategic and operational leadership for system\-wide charge description master (CDM) management, pricing governance, and charge capture practices. This role ensures compliant,accurate, and transparent charging and billing processes across all care settings, while partnering with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to support revenue integrity, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
The Revenue Integrity Director plays a key role in the health system's strategic and operational efforts by:
- Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Establishes system standards for charge capture, pricing and CDM governance.
- Develops and monitors KPIs related to charge capture timeliness, accuracy, and revenue performance. Leads the evaluation of pricing strategies to support transparency, competitiveness and compliance. Collaborates with finance and managed care teams to assess reimbursement impacts and model pricing scenarios.

- Partners with clinical, operational and financial leaders to strengthen revenue integrity practices across all care settings
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree in a related field preferred(e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Health Information Management).
- Five (5\) years of progressive experience in CDM (Charge Description Master) management, revenue integrity, or a closely related healthcare finance function, including demonstrated people management or team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of charge capture workflows, clinical documentation, coding principles, and billing
- Familiarity with CMS regulations and payer reimbursement
- Strong command of data analytics, including revenue analysis, trend/variance identification, and root\-cause investigation
- Proficiency with Epic EHR, reporting and analytic tools, and financial modeling
- Skilled communicator who can drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and deliver tangible, reliable outcomes on projects/programs
- Experience leading large scale process improvements and technology implementations
- Ability to coach teams, build capability and foster a culture of excellence and accountability
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast\-changing healthcare landscape
