accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computerized systems and assisting with general office work.
EXPECTED DUTIES/Responsibilities:
· Data Entry to Update, Expand \& Maintain Databases
. Organize \& maintain electronic and paper files
· Calling on Existing \& New Accounts
. Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors
· COLD Calling
. Assist with data collection as needed
· Enter data into computerized systems with speed and accuracy
· Assist Sales Team
. Provide administrative support to the team as required
Qualifications:
\- High school diploma or equivalent
\- Experience in clerical or administrative roles
\- Strong computer skills \- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks, and databases
\- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
\- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
\- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
JOB TYPE: IN\-OFFICE position ONLY \\No Remote work
FULL\-TIME \=\=\> MONDAY – FRIDAY, starting at 6:30 A.M. daily.
